Punctuate the day by immersing yourself in our captivating masterclasses; The Tasmanian Masterclass and The International Masterclass hosted by Loic Le Calvez who will guide you through hand selected flights of local and international sparkling wines. 

Return the following day for our unique masterclass, The Art of Sparkling where you will be guided through the sparkling wine making process and undertake your own liqueur d'expedition dosage trials to craft a bottle of sparkling to your exact taste, including an individual platter of local cheese and a bottle of our signature NV Josef Chromy Sparkling Cuvee to take home and enjoy.
